Hotel Cittadellarte brings together the cultural vision of Fondazione Pistoletto and the hospitality experience of Gruppo Cascina Era, a local group rooted in the Biella area.

Entrepreneurs who arrived in the Biella area in 2016 as "outsiders" and stayed, investing in this territory with a hospitality group that today counts 150 rooms and 50,000 stays per year. Their story reflects what Biella Citta Arcipelago seeks to build: a territory able to welcome those who arrive and regenerate itself through hospitality.

The group’s path began with meetings and relationships born in the upper Valle Maira: a landscape of trust, hospitality and projects built around people before buildings.

Over time, this experience has taken shape through different structures: Relais Santo Stefano, Relais Cascina Era and Hotel Astoria. Each one tells a specific way of welcoming guests, while sharing care for the territory, quality of service and the ability to connect hospitality, dining and wellness.

Inside Cittadellarte, this heritage meets a unique destination: the hotel becomes a point of contact between contemporary art, cultural enterprise and Biella.
